Leon Cebovski Osteopathy d.o.o., OIB- 68298433201, represented by director Leon Cebovski (hereinafter: "Leon Cebovski" or "we") processes the personal data of users of its services and visitors to the website www.leoncebovski.com (hereinafter: "Platform" or "Application") in accordance with the current regulations governing the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).
We respect your privacy and process personal data fairly and lawfully, solely on the basis of valid legal grounds, or in accordance with your consent for further processing.
2. Ways and purposes of personal data processing
Promotional messages
If you want to receive promotional messages about our products and services, you can choose to simply register your email address in the web form, without the need for registration. You may opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time by selecting the opt-out option provided in the promotional message you receive or by sending an email to leoncebovski@gmail.com.
Polls

We occasionally organize prize games and other competitions. To participate in a prize game or competition, we need your name, surname, e-mail, contact phone number and address for delivery of the prize. If necessary, we may request additional information that will be defined by the rules of the prize game or competition (eg account number).
We will delete the collected data after 12 months from the date of the announcement of the winner (provided that you are not a User of the Application. If you have agreed to receive promotional messages on the sweepstakes or sweepstakes registration form, you can opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time by selecting the opt-out option provided in the received promotional message.

If you contact us with your inquiries, we process the data you provide to us in order to provide you with the requested information.
Personal data required to resolve complaints about the product/service are kept for 24 months (or longer if you are a registered Application User) from the date of receipt according to the regulations governing consumer rights.
Open job applications
The data you send us through open job applications are processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the selection process for employment, and are kept for two years.

3. Reservations and cancellations

Appointment cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, otherwise the right to charge 50% of the treatment price is reserved.
Unjustified absences from appointments will be charged in full.
4. Prices and payment
All service prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is possible in cash or other accepted payment methods as agreed.
The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but changes will not affect already confirmed reservations.
